Wuhan Feiliu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2016, with a research and development center in Wuhan and an overseas business marketing company in Singapore. It has application demonstration centers in central, eastern, southern and northern China. The company focuses on ultra-low-altitude data applications at 30–200 m, building its core expertise around data collection, transmission, processing, use and management. Its hardware and systems combine drones with intelligent docks for autonomous, unattended inspection. Its main products include the Terminal-Station-Cloud integrated inspection system, with applications in smart cities, energy, environmental work, surveying and measurement, and fire emergency response.
The FliveXport-M is a tower-mounted drone docking system jointly launched with China Tower. It supports deployment in clusters and coordination with ground management personnel, connecting aerial patrols with ground operations for urban inspection and management. When combined with a smart-city governance platform, it provides data collection, intelligent analysis and early warnings. The company's broader facility inspection and management services serve governments, enterprises and residents, incorporating low-altitude grid management, visual information, information support and shared data.
The FliveXport-V is a vehicle-mountable dock designed to accommodate large UAVs and has undergone four generations of upgrades. Built-in constant-temperature and humidity control, together with a power system, supports equipment standby and operation. Its emergency-response functions include aerial loudspeaker announcements for crowd guidance, directing emergency teams to an incident and dropping emergency supplies. Wuhan Feiliu has also jointly developed a mobile inspection system with State Grid that combines one dock with multiple drones.
