Suzhou Yunfeng Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2024 and is headquartered in Taicang, Suzhou, in China's Yangtze River Delta. It focuses on the research, development and manufacturing of intelligent electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft, bringing together a team with backgrounds in aviation, automotive engineering, UAVs and universities. Its aircraft development range includes the H100 and H500 series, covering medium and large cargo transport and passenger-carrying applications. The company plans to begin mass production of its first UAV product in 2027.
The independently developed H100 cargo UAV made its maiden flight in January 2025. Designed for high-speed, medium- and long-range logistics, it uses an all-electric drive system and a tandem-wing layout with four tilting wings and eight-axis variable-pitch propellers. This configuration combines vertical take-off, landing and hovering with fixed-wing cruising, allowing operation without a runway. The carbon-fiber aircraft measures 2.36 m × 3.81 m × 1.11 m. Its intended civilian uses include emergency supply delivery, express freight and medical cold-chain distribution across mountainous areas, islands and urban clusters. The company's hardware range also includes the HS UAV Flight Control System.
