Smartstone (Shanghai) Sensing & Control Co.,Ltd. develops airborne sensors for aviation and aero-engine systems, with business activities extending into low-altitude flight and unmanned systems. Established in Qingpu, Shanghai, in 2011, its range includes pressure, force, acceleration, temperature, heat-flow, current, voltage, inductance, sideslip-angle, speed, displacement, liquid-level and magnetic sensors. Applications span propulsion, flight control, avionics, landing gear and braking, hydraulics, environmental control, fuel systems and health management.
Its aircraft sensing hardware includes the CJ1001 non-contact wind-vane sideslip-angle sensor, with digital output, a -45° to 45° range, ±0.5%FS accuracy and an operating temperature of -55 to 85°C. The CY8271 monitors propeller cylinder pressure over a 6 MPa absolute-pressure range, with 0–80 mV output and operation from -55 to 175°C. Temperature products include the CW8840 Pt1000 sensor for total inlet temperature monitoring from -60 to 310°C and the CW8166 Pt1000 fuel-temperature sensor, rated from -55 to 150°C with ±0.5°C accuracy.
Other products include the CY8204 cabin pressure and temperature transducer, the F00A00681 fuel rail pressure sensor and the C00A00585 PT200 exhaust-temperature sensor. The exhaust sensor operates from -40 to 1000°C, with specified accuracy of ±2.5°C from -40 to 280°C and ±1% from 280 to 850°C; its connector, thread and probe length can be customized.
