Company overview

FRTCARBON is the shared name used by two carbon-fiber products companies in Huizhou and Shenzhen, China. Its business covers research, development, manufacturing and sales of high-performance fibers and composite materials. Its manufacturing scope also includes glass fibers and related products, glass-fiber-reinforced plastics and synthetic fibers. The carbon-fiber product range comprises sheets, drone frames, tubes, license-plate frames and shaped components, alongside CNC machining. Its production base is in Daling, Huidong County, Huizhou.

The drone-frame range includes 13–15-inch carbon-fiber frames, a 15-inch frame, MARK4 10-inch frames, XL 9-inch frames and 7-inch carbon-fiber frames. These are structural components for drone builds. Carbon-fiber sheets come in twill, plain-weave and forged-pattern appearances, while license-plate frames include motorcycle, American-style, blue-plate and green-plate formats. Tubes, shaped parts and CNC-machined components complete a hardware range spanning drone structures and other component applications.

FRTCARBON's civilian application areas include outdoor equipment, medical devices, sports and leisure products, everyday goods and automotive lightweighting. Intended composite-material uses include trekking poles, tent supports, backpack frames, fishing rods and bicycle frames, alongside CT table panels, X-ray equipment parts, prostheses and wheelchair frames. Automotive applications include body structures, chassis components, drive shafts and interior parts. Customization can cover material selection, design, dimensions and surface treatment to meet the requirements of a particular component.
