Hunan Jishi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is based in the Lugu National High-Tech Zone in Changsha, Hunan, and combines research and development, production, sales and service in broadband wireless private-network communications. Since its establishment, it has introduced HT high-performance radios, SDR anti-interference radios, MD multimode handheld radios and data-link equipment for unmanned cluster systems. Its products serve research institutes and sectors including firefighting, electric power, public safety, public-network disaster recovery and work safety supervision.

F-Palm and D-Palm are compact broadband ad hoc networking modules with selectable 1.4 GHz or 2.4 GHz operation. Both support dynamic loading and unloading of wideband, narrowband and anti-interference communication waveforms. F-Palm measures 60 × 45 × 15 mm and uses a decentralized Mesh architecture to carry high-definition video, voice and IP data for UAV swarms, small unmanned platforms and densely deployed communication nodes. D-Palm measures 73 × 53 × 13 mm and uses a domestically produced high-performance processor with software-defined radio architecture for applications including UAVs, unmanned platforms and emergency communications.

MT-lite is a lightweight airborne broadband ad hoc networking unit intended for UAVs and small airborne platforms. Measuring 115 × 54 × 17.6 mm, it uses domestically produced chips and a software-defined radio architecture. It supports flexible configuration of multiple bandwidths and adaptive frequency selection for interference resistance in complex environments. Its compact design, light weight and controllable power consumption suit airborne installations requiring small communication equipment.
