Hebei Jieshuang Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles in Jingxiu District, Baoding, Hebei Province. Established on September 27, 2024, the company moved from Wuhan to Baoding that September through a district investment initiative. Its origins are in the Wuhan Teaching, Experiment and Practice Base of Beijing Institute of Technology, and its core team specializes in unmanned systems research and development. Its work spans aircraft design and manufacturing, system integration, technical services and flight training.
The company’s hardware range includes hybrid-wing vertical take-off and landing UAVs, rotary-wing aircraft and special-function pods. It also develops customized small and medium-sized UAVs and mission payloads. The CY1035 combines a tandem-wing fixed-wing configuration with four rotors for vertical take-off and landing. The TY1145 is a fixed-wing UAV with a 630cc twin-cylinder EFI engine and BeiDou/GPS compatibility. Software and hardware development and flight support services complement these aircraft and payload offerings, with civilian applications covering emergency response, electric power, water conservancy, logistics, environmental protection, transportation, and land and resources inspection.
