For racing drones, Geehy offers the APM32F405/F051+GHD3440 flight-controller and electronic speed controller board solutions. The flight-controller configuration uses an APM32F405 with a Cortex-M4F core running at 168MHz, 1MB of Flash and 192+4KB of SRAM, supporting up to six UART ports and eight ESC control channels. The ESC configuration uses an APM32F051 with a Cortex-M0+ core at 48MHz and two fast analog comparators for sensorless square-wave control of brushless motors. Its GHD3440 is a 200V dual-N-channel three-phase gate driver with a built-in 250ns dead time, VCC/VBS undervoltage protection and shoot-through prevention.

The APM32F405/407 industrial-grade MCU family supports complex program computation and data storage, with enhanced EMMC capabilities and communication peripherals that include a high-speed OTG unit with an on-chip PHY and a 100Mb Ethernet MAC. Its application areas include programmable logic controllers, electric welding machines, variable-frequency drives, EV charging stations, inverters and servo drives. Alongside the motor-control and gate-driver families, these microcontrollers form part of Geehy’s component offering for civilian equipment requiring computation, control and connectivity.
