Established in July 2025 with registered capital of RMB 5 million, the company is based in Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong. Its activities span intelligent hardware research and development, intelligent manufacturing, software development and Internet of Things technologies. Its drone business includes AI drones, drone motors and electronic speed controllers, with operations covering development, production, sales and technical services.

Specific drone components in its range include a flight controller, a gimbal and a 100A electronic speed controller. The black flight controller measures 42.5 mm long, 39.5 mm wide and 8 mm high, with an FR-4 glass-fiber epoxy board. The black drone gimbal uses plastic and aluminum and measures 47 mm long, 46 mm wide and 11.5 mm high. The 100A ESC is intended for drones and has black aluminum construction. Together, these products represent the company's flight-control, gimbal and motor-control hardware within its broader drone and model-vehicle business.
