Product overview
The ZHT KEEL MINI is a quadcopter frame intended for UAV assembly around 22–30 inch propellers. Its modular architecture uses replaceable components and combines carbon fiber composite materials with aviation aluminum. The arms, center cabin and other areas of concentrated stress use multi-layer cross-stacked carbon fiber. Frame weight is specified at ≤ 2 kg, with dimensions of 619–686 × 574–775 × 520 mm in length, width and height. Propulsion options include the T-motor P series and Hobbywing H6M.
Equipment integration is supported by reserved power interfaces, routing holes and an expansion port. The frame also provides a larger bottom payload space compared with traditional drones. Its power arrangement specifies an XT90 connector and supports external batteries in a symmetrical dual-bay configuration, compatible with 19.2Ah–42Ah capacities. These external batteries can be replaced quickly. The K63 power module brings together six functions: power module, step-down module, ESC signal, analog ammeter, optocoupler control and LED light.
