The ZHTAERO Keel Plus Frame is a modular quadcopter frame supporting a 30kg payload. Carbon fiber composites and aviation aluminum form its construction, with multilayer, cross-stacked carbon fiber used in the arms, center cabin and other areas where stress concentrates. Its dragon-claw quick-release structure facilitates carrying and deployment by one person. Frame weight is 4.05-5.66kg, with 4.05kg also highlighted separately. Dimensions are 1020-1206 × 1050-1198.6 × 500mm. Reserved openings accommodate power and USB interfaces, cable routing and expansion, while the underside provides larger payload space than traditional drones.
The Keel Plus Frame accommodates 36-43 inch propellers, with power system options tied to propeller size: A10L, A10XL, X9 PLUS or X9 G2L for 36-inch propellers, and A12L or X11 Plus for 41-inch or 43-inch propellers. Its external battery arrangement supports symmetrical dual-bay or quad-bay configurations compatible with 14S 28Ah-42Ah batteries and allows quick replacement. The power connector is AS150. The KP63 module combines six functions: power module, voltage step-down, ESC signal, analog current measurement, optocoupler control and LED lighting.
