The Zhengzhou Zhengfang Technology 8080P (1.0) Charger is an intelligent AC charging station for plant-protection UAV batteries, also designated L8080P (6000W). Its enclosure measures 400 mm × 200 mm × 251 mm and weighs 11.2 kg, with a carrying handle for transport. An independent power-supply design combines integrated, modular internal circuitry with two-channel cyclic charging. One-button operation requires no parameter setup, while a segment LCD displays voltage, current, capacity, temperature, series count, and the highest and lowest individual-cell voltages.
Charging-site electrical requirements depend on the selected input: AC220V supports a maximum charging output of 3000 W, while AC380V supports 6000 W and requires a dedicated input cable. Supported intelligent battery configurations are 12S, 14S, 16S and 18S, with an ambient operating range of -40 to 45 °C. Charging modes include precharge and constant-voltage charging with current limiting. Protection covers electrostatic effects, short circuits and charging overtemperature, together with alarms and protection for input overvoltage and undervoltage. Efficiency is 95%, with a power factor of 0.98.
