Zhengzhou Zhengfang Technology’s 14S28Ah Plug-in Battery provides electrical power for crop-protection UAVs. Its architecture combines high-rate power cells in a 14-cell series arrangement with the manufacturer’s SPower intelligent management system. The supplied product is a battery pack, with a nominal capacity of 28000mAh and nominal voltage of 51.8V. Its 322 × 138 × 238 mm enclosure and 10Kg weight define the physical integration allowance. A carrying handle, rubber protective base, heat-resistant materials and heat-dissipation design support handling and thermal management.
Electrical integration must accommodate the specified charging and discharge limits: maximum continuous charging is 2C (56A), while maximum continuous discharge is 5C (140A). Charging is permitted from 0°C to 45°C, and discharging from -43°C to 65°C. The ≥800-cycle life rating applies at 25±3°C with 2C charging, 3C discharging and at least 80% capacity retention. Management functions include charging alarms, automatic storage and sleep, lifetime logging and internal cell balancing. USB serial, Wi-Fi and CAN provide information access; USB also supports computer-based software updates.
