Product overview
The Xingkai Technology XK-C130 packages a vanadium oxide uncooled infrared focal plane detector into a miniature camera module for aircraft, drones and RC FPV vehicles. Its 256×192 detector uses a 12um pixel pitch and an 8–14um spectral band, with NETD specified at ≤40mK. Thermal imaging supports viewing in low light or total darkness. The physical specification gives a 21*21MM size and 22g weight, while the lens housing supports aircraft installation and a supplied cover protects the lens against dust and dirt.
Integration requires a 4.5–18V power supply and provision for CVBS analog video using the PAL standard; specified power is 600mw. Imaging controls include adjustable focus and automatic shutter correction, alongside a white-heat display mode and 50Hz frame rate. The lens specifications distinguish 4mm and 10mm configurations: the 10mm configuration has a narrower field of view and longer listed detection and recognition distances. Those distances depend on lens and target type. Working temperature is −40°C to +80°C, with storage specified at −50°C to +85°C.
