The complete emergency response system includes the aircraft, satellite communications equipment, a voice communications relay, a tri-sensor pod, a ground station and a mobile operations vehicle.
The system supports aerial disaster reconnaissance, voice communications relay and ground video collection and transmission during day or night operations at disaster sites with blocked roads and no network coverage.
