The TopXGun STAR-40E is a tilt-rotor multirotor UAV that combines vertical takeoff and landing with fixed-wing long-endurance cruise. Its ability to transition between these flight modes brings multirotor flexibility and fixed-wing flight efficiency into one aircraft. This architecture reduces dependence on takeoff and landing sites.
The aircraft uses eight power systems, with four inner rotors capable of tilting through 90°. These tilting rotors are part of its transition architecture. The STAR-40E also features intelligent flight control and heavy payload capacity, alongside its vertical takeoff and landing and cruise capabilities.
