Shengya Electronics’ SY-340 Series 4.2V 20Ah Solid State Li-ion Battery supplies power for UAV systems, robotics, automation and portable equipment. Its solid-state lithium architecture uses high-density cells within a reinforced, compact rectangular pack. The configuration choices are 6S, 7S and 12S, all retaining 20Ah nominal capacity. For installation planning, their respective dimensions and weights are 195×77×50 mm at 1.53 kg, 195×77×57 mm at 1.76 kg, and 195×77×98 mm at 3.0 kg.
Electrical integration depends on the selected series configuration: 6S provides 21.6V nominal with a 16.8–25.2V operating range; 7S provides 25.2V nominal with a 19.6–29.4V range; and 12S provides 43.2V nominal with a 33.6–50.4V range. Across these options, peak discharge is 10C, continuous discharge is 3C and charging is 1C, distinguishing burst capability from sustained output. Project-specific customization covers voltage, connectors, BMS configuration, communication protocols and casing design, allowing the battery interface and enclosure to be specified for the intended equipment.
