The Shengya 33000mAh 10C Semi Solid State Battery Pack is a 310 Series lithium-ion power component for industrial UAVs. Its solid state electrolyte design is offered in 6S, 7S, 12S and 14S configurations, each with 33Ah nominal capacity. Configuration determines nominal voltage, from 21.9V to 51.1V, and energy, from 722.7Wh to 1686.3Wh. Intended applications include power line inspection, pipeline detection, building monitoring, agricultural spraying and crop monitoring, as well as disaster site surveying and search and rescue.
Integration space and battery mass depend on the selected configuration. Dimensions are 210×88×65 mm for 6S, 210×88×75 mm for 7S, 210×88×128 mm for 12S and 210×88×149 mm for 14S; corresponding weights are 2.45, 2.87, 4.92 and 5.75 kg. Each configuration has its own operating voltage range and charging cut-off voltage. Electrical sizing must distinguish the 10C peak discharge rating from the 3C continuous rating. Charging is rated at 1–2C, with a maximum current of 66A.
