The SwellPro Spry+ Waterproof Membrane (Set) is a replacement accessory supplied with a waterproof membrane and a protective decal. The membrane is made from nanomaterials and attaches to the bottom of the GPS pod, giving it a specific installation position on the Spry+ aircraft.
The membrane combines a water barrier with support for external air-pressure monitoring. It blocks water from entering the aircraft while allowing the aircraft’s barometer to detect changes in outside air pressure. These functions support normal aircraft operation at the membrane’s installation point.
