Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. AXR 9490 MG-D is a miniature servo intended to actuate fixed-wing control surfaces and mechanisms with limited installation space. Its configuration combines a coreless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 23 × 12 × 26.8 mm body weighing 21.4 g. A 250 mm cable supports connection to the installation. Mechanical integration must account for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing, connector clearance and servo-arm geometry, since increasing arm length reduces the force available at the linkage.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V power and PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, its stall torque is 13.2 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.079 s/60°; continuous-load selection instead requires consideration of the 3.5 kg·cm rated torque at 7.4 V and duty cycle. Both a 1520 µs reference pulse and a 1500 µs position midpoint are specified, so neutral position and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version. Initial setup calls for removed or limited load, with supply headroom for transient current.

| Neutral-position qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint are both specified; neutral position and usable travel require confirmation for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version determine neutral position and usable travel. |
| Stall-torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be used as a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must consider rated torque and duty cycle.Continuous-load selection. |
| Installation-space requirements | Allow for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing and connector clearance. A longer servo arm reduces available output force. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; confirm the final installation drawing and interface version before machining mounting parts. Before machining mounting parts. |
| Commissioning requirements | Check neutral position, direction of motion and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.Initial commissioning with the load removed or limited. |
| Power and mechanical integration | Provide power-supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained loading against mechanical stops. |
