Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. AXR 9110 MG-D is a standard servo intended for model steering, control-surface movement and mechanical actuation. Its hardware combines a brushless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 40.4 mm body weighing 88 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection length for installation. Integration requires matching the mounting holes and servo-arm connection as well as the available physical space, supply voltage and control signal.
The servo accepts 8.4–16.8 V and uses PWM control at 333 Hz. At the four specified test voltages, stall torque increases from 62 to 100 kg·cm while no-load travel time decreases from 0.156 to 0.082 s/60°. At 16.8 V, running current is 0.66 A and stall current reaches 15 A, making transient supply capacity relevant to installation. The rated torque is 32 kg·cm at 16.8 V; stall torque must not be used as the continuous-load rating.
Control setup needs attention to the distinction between the 1520 µs reference pulse and the 1500 µs position midpoint. The specified mapping is 500 / 1500 / 2500 µs to -90 / 0 / 90°, with usable travel and midpoint dependent on the controller and delivered version. Initial commissioning should use a removed or limited load while establishing direction and travel. Mounting fabrication also requires the final installation drawing and interface version because dimensional reference points can differ.

| Continuous-load limitation | Stall torque cannot be treated as a continuous load rating; continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Voltage coverage limitation | The operating voltage range defines permissible supply voltage. |
| Midpoint and travel qualification | A 1520 µs reference pulse and a 1500 µs position midpoint are both specified; midpoint and usable travel require confirmation for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version determine the applicable midpoint and usable travel. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawings and tabulated dimensions may use different reference points; mounting parts require the final installation drawing and interface version. |
| Commissioning requirements | Establish midpoint, movement direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.Initial setup with the load removed or limited. |
| Electrical and mechanical integration requirements | Check supply, signal pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Allow supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained loading against mechanical stops. |
