Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. AXR 8850 MG-D provides rotary actuation for model steering, control surfaces and mechanical mechanisms. Its hardware combines a brushless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 36.6 mm body weighing 70 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection reach within the installation. Integration requires matching the power supply, PWM signal, mounting holes and servo-arm connection, with mounting components dimensioned against the final installation drawing and interface version.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and uses PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, it delivers a specified stall torque of 42 kg·cm and a no-load speed of 0.086 s/60°, with 5.2 A stall current. Continuous-load selection must instead account for rated torque—16 kg·cm at 7.4 V—and duty cycle. The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the listed 1500 µs position midpoint, so center and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version. Initial commissioning requires an unloaded or limited-load mechanism.

| Center and travel qualification | The reference pulse is 1520 µs, while the position midpoint is 1500 µs; establish the center and usable travel for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version determine the applicable center and usable travel. |
| Stall torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be used as a continuous-load rating.Continuous-load selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Voltage range qualification | The operating-voltage range defines permissible supply voltage. |
| Mounting dimensions and interfaces | Drawings and tabulated dimensions may use different dimensional references; establish the final mounting drawing and interface version before fabrication. Before fabricating mounting components. |
| Integration and commissioning | Check supply, signal pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Establish center, direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.Initial commissioning with the load removed or limited. |
| Electrical and mechanical precautions | Provide supply headroom for transient current; avoid cable voltage drop, reversed polarity and sustained loading against mechanical stops.Power supply and mechanism integration. |
