Product overview
Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd.’s AXR 8525 MG-D is a mini servo for fixed-wing control surfaces and other mechanisms with limited installation space. Its construction combines an iron-core motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 30 × 10 × 35.2 mm package weighing 28.7 g. The configuration includes a 250 mm cable and PWM control at 333 Hz. Installation planning must account for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing, connector clearance and the servo-arm connection; increasing arm length reduces available output force.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and has a rated torque of 4 kg·cm at 8.4 V. At that test voltage, stall torque reaches 13 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.09 s/60°, with running and stall currents of 0.32 A and 2.1 A respectively. Stall torque is unsuitable as a continuous-load rating, so load selection must also consider duty cycle. The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position midpoint; neutral and usable travel require adjustment to the controller and delivered version.

| Neutral and travel qualification | The reference pulse is 1520 µs, while the position midpoint is 1500 µs; establish neutral and usable travel with the controller and delivered version. With the controller and delivered servo version. |
| Stall torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be used as a continuous-load rating; selection must also account for rated torque and duty cycle. For continuous-load selection. |
| Mechanical integration | Check output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing and connector clearance. Longer servo arms reduce available output force. When selecting installation geometry and servo-arm length. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; establish the final mounting drawing and interface version before machining. Before machining mounting components. |
| Commissioning | Establish neutral, direction of movement and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.During initial setup, with load removed or limited. |
| Power and mechanical integration precautions | Provide power-supply headroom for transient current; avoid cable voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained loading against mechanical stops. For transient current demand. |
