Product overview
The AXR 7310 MG-D is a micro servo for lightweight fixed-wing control surfaces and compact linkage mechanisms. Its coreless motor, metal gears and two bearings form a 9.8 g actuator measuring 20 × 11.3 × 21.1 mm, with an 80 mm cable for installation routing. It accepts PWM control at 333 Hz and operates from 4.8–8.4 V. Selection depends on available mounting space, control-surface loading, linkage leverage and the required movement speed.
Performance varies with supply voltage: stall torque rises from 1 kg·cm at 5 V to 2.8 kg·cm at 8.4 V, while no-load speed changes from 0.042 to 0.031 s/60°. Continuous-load selection must use the 0.4 kg·cm rated torque at 6 V and account for duty cycle. Integration also requires checking mounting references, supply-current headroom and controller pulse settings. The specified 1520 µs reference and 1500 µs position midpoint require center and usable-travel checks with the delivered version.

| Continuous-load limitation | Stall torque is not a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Supply-range qualification | The operating-voltage range defines permitted supply voltage. |
| Center and travel qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint are separately specified; center and usable travel require checking with the controller and delivered version. With the selected controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mounting-dimension qualification | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; mounting-part fabrication requires the final mounting drawing and interface version. |
| Integration and commissioning | Check supply, pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Establish center, direction and mechanical travel before increasing load. Allow supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reversed polarity and sustained operation against mechanical stops.During initial setup, unloaded or with limited load. |
