The SkyRC PC1080neo-6S, product code SK-100220, charges six-cell LiPo and LiHV batteries for UAV operations. Its dual-channel architecture delivers 1080 W total, with each channel rated up to 540 W (±10%). The enclosure measures 255 × 124.6 × 120 mm and weighs 2.43 kg, providing concrete dimensions for allocating charging-workstation space. It accepts 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and incorporates active power factor correction. A 2.8-inch, 320 × 240 color display is angled at 65°, with charging control handled by an ARM Cortex-M3 processor.
Fast charge, balance charge and storage modes cover battery charging and preparation for storage. Charging current spans 1.0–20.0 A, with button adjustment in 1 A increments, while balancing current ranges from 200 to 1800 mA. LiPo cutoff voltage is adjustable from 4.15 to 4.25 V/cell, defaulting to 4.20 V; LiHV allows 4.25–4.50 V/cell, defaulting to 4.35 V. Storage voltage is 3.90 V ±0.05 V/cell. High voltage can cause overheating or damage: before charging, the battery must support the selected voltage range, and the battery manufacturer's safety guidance must always be followed.
The separately purchased G630neo charging manager expands each channel to six battery connections, supporting twelve batteries across both channels. It detects remaining charge, charges batteries sequentially according to their charge level and switches automatically when a battery is full. The charger includes electrical, temperature, capacity and time protections, plus a fire-resistant enclosure. Operating limits are 0–40 °C and 0–75% humidity; storage limits are −10–70 °C and 0–75% humidity. Firmware upgrades use the Type-C port with the free Charger Master application.
