The SKYRC iMAX B6AC V2 Charger is a microprocessor-controlled battery charging and discharging station with an integrated lithium equalizer. Its enclosure measures 144mm long, 135mm wide and 36mm high, with a net weight of 632g. It accepts 100-240V AC or DC11-18V input and provides 2-6S XH plug-in balance sockets. Charging current spans 0.1-6.0A with a maximum charge power of 50W; discharge current spans 0.1-2.0A with a separate maximum discharge power of 5W.
Battery support covers 1-6S LiPo, LiFe and LiIon packs, 1-15S NiMH and NiCd packs, and 2-20V lead-acid batteries. LiHV mode provides a 4.35 V end-of-charge voltage, while terminal voltage is user-adjustable. Depending on battery type, operating modes include normal, balance, automatic and fast charging, discharge, cycling, storage and re-peak. Battery metering, internal-resistance measurement and program storage/loading supplement these functions. Current, capacity and processing-time limits are provided; temperature-triggered termination requires the optional SK-600040 probe to be connected, and that probe is not included.
The supplied package contains the charger, AC power cord, DC alligator-clip cable, instruction manual and T-plug charging cables with banana, alligator-clip, XT60, Futaba and JST connections. ChargeMaster enables PC control, pack- and cell-voltage monitoring and real-time charging graphs; a PC connection also supports firmware upgrades. Smartphone control on iOS and Android requires the optional SK-600075 WiFi module. These connection and accessory requirements define the available control configuration.
