Product overview
The SkyRC D260 combines two independent charging circuits in a charger, discharger and power-supply unit. Its charging capability reaches up to 6S, with 130W rated power and a maximum current of 14A per channel. Two different battery packs can charge simultaneously. Supported chemistries include LiPo, Li-Ion, LiHV, LiFe, NiMH, NiCD and lead acid, giving the unit a role in managing multiple battery types for RC hobby equipment. A five-button panel and backlit LCD provide local parameter adjustment.
The hardware uses an ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit processor, with cooling provided by a temperature-controlled sleeve-bearing fan and an extruded aluminum heat sink. Power input accepts 100-240V AC or 11V-18V DC, while power-supply operation lets the two channels feed separate hobby devices simultaneously. LiHV mode supports a 4.35V end-of-charge voltage; AGM and COLD modes address additional charging conditions. AGM batteries require the appropriate mode rather than normal Pb charging. Charge Master software adds charging control, real-time graphs, individual-cell voltage monitoring and firmware upgrades.
