Product overview

The XJSF MINI F405 is a flight controller from Shenzhen Xingji Sufei Technology Co., Ltd., a company developing wireless communications technology and components for racing and professional FPV drones. The controller supports 2–6-axis multirotors, fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, with additional supported platforms including cars, boats, robots, lawn mowers and bait boats. Its black PCB measures 36 × 36 mm and weighs 8 g. Mounting options are 30.5 × 30.5 mm and 20 × 20 mm, with 4 mm diameter holes.

The MINI F405 uses an SFLY32F405RGT6 processor, an IIM-42652 gyroscope and an SPA06 barometer. It provides 4 MB of black-box storage, an AT7456E on-screen display chip and eight motor channels. Its firmware type is Betaflight, with the firmware name XF_F405_V1.0.1. Supported control signals are SBUS and CRSF, while ESC protocol support covers PWM, bidirectional DShot and OneShot. Five serial ports and one Type-C interface provide connection options, and ESC telemetry input is supported through UART3 RX.

Direct plug-in connections are supported for a DJI Air Unit and an analog video transmitter, alongside a built-in video-transmitter OSD module. Other interfaces include I2C, LED and buzzer pads, and an RSSI signal output. The controller accepts a 2S–6S power input and includes a 5 V/3 A BEC, with support for a 12 V BEC switch. Its specified operating temperature range is −35 to 85°C, defining the temperature conditions for operation.
