The FlyColor Raptor 5 G071 is a family of single electronic speed controllers for FPV multirotor use. It comes in 20A, 35A, 45A and 50A current ratings, and the 20A version is designated a 6S multirotor ESC. All four versions share the same control platform: an ARM 32-bit Cortex STM32G071 microcontroller that runs at up to 64MHz, a 25% gain over the previous-generation MCU. PWM frequency support goes up to 128K, which is meant to give smoother and more stable running at high throttle. Every version runs Flycolor_Raptor_5 firmware and supports a 3-6S input range.
The range comes in two physical sizes. The 20A and 35A boards each weigh 6.5g and measure 29x14x6mm. The 45A and 50A boards each weigh 10.2g and measure 33x16x6mm. The four versions are rated for 20A, 35A, 45A and 50A continuous current, in that order. Their burst ratings are 25A, 40A, 55A and 60A, and each burst rating applies only for 10 seconds. None of the versions has an onboard BEC. Apart from the current ratings and the two board sizes, the four versions share the same input range, firmware and FPV application.
