Product overview
The EV-PEAK UD4 serves UAV battery charging operations with two channels and support for compatible 14S–18S LiPo and LiHV smart batteries incorporating BMS communication. Operators can charge one battery at up to 80A or two batteries simultaneously at up to 40A per channel. Total output depends on the AC supply: up to 6000W at 220V, falling to approximately 3000W at 110V. FAST, NORMAL and SLOW modes provide stated current settings of 80A, 60A and 30A, respectively.
The 300 × 180 × 215 mm charger weighs 6.8 kg and combines a metal main body, plastic upper and lower housings, and a side-mounted cooling fan. Its battery interface uses an AS150U connector without a separate external balance connection. Integration requires compatible smart batteries: UAVCAN is standard, while DroneCAN is configurable to suit compatible battery systems. Automatic recognition leads into a countdown and charging. An LCD and voice prompts support operation, Bluetooth enables mobile charging management, and a built-in wireless charging area powers compatible mobile devices.
