Product overview
The EV-PEAK U4-HP supports battery charging for agricultural and industrial UAV operations through two fully independent channels. It accepts 100–240V AC and accommodates compatible 6S–14S LiPo, LiHV and smart UAV batteries. At AC 220V, each channel provides up to 1200W and 25A, giving a maximum combined output of 2400W. Available total power falls to approximately 1200W at AC 110V. Operators can select FAST at 25A, NORMAL at 20A or SLOW at 10A to suit their charging requirements.
The charger combines an aluminum-alloy enclosure with two rear cooling fans and a separate LCD for each channel. These displays show operating mode, charging current, battery voltage, elapsed charging time and battery capacity. Both channels use AS150U main charging connectors, with an MX3.0 balance interface for 6S–14S batteries. Integration requires matching the battery connectors and balance pinout. Built-in protection covers over-charge, over-voltage, over-current, reverse polarity, short-circuit and over-temperature conditions.
The standard communication configuration uses UAVCAN for compatible smart battery BMS systems; DroneCAN is available as an alternative, while RS485 is a custom option tied to battery and project requirements. Compatible LiPo and LiHV batteries receive automatic cell-count and voltage detection, followed by a countdown and automatic charging. Countdown duration depends on the battery and protocol. Connecting two UB4-Pro expansion units enables management of up to eight batteries in sequence, prioritizing higher-voltage batteries; the charger itself charges two batteries simultaneously.
