Product overview
The Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology IMU225 is a low-cost inertial measurement unit with CAN output for applications including UAVs, robotics and platform stabilization. The unit measures L60 × W59 × H29 mm, while its mainboard measures L44 × W35 × H11 mm. Its electrical configuration accepts 9–36 V DC, with sampling at up to 500 Hz. Temperature, dynamic and orthogonality compensation accompany an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
The IMU225 has gyroscope bias stability below 2°/h at room temperature over 100 seconds and below 20°/h over 10 seconds, both at 1σ. Its angle random walk coefficient is below 0.1 °/√h, with bias repeatability below 50°/h and scale factor nonlinearity no greater than 100 ppm, both at 1σ. Accelerometer resolution is 0.01 mg; bias stability at 25 °C is 0.001 mg over 100 seconds and 0.01 mg over 10 seconds, both at 1σ.
