Product overview
The Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology BW-VG520E series is a high-precision voltage-output dynamic inclination sensor with applications in unmanned aircraft, robotics and platform stabilization. The sensor measures 104 mm long, 62 mm wide and 50 mm high. Its interface features include RS485 communication and analog output. It measures inclination across a pitch range of ±90º and a roll range of ±180º, with dynamic accuracy of 0.1°, static accuracy of 0.01° and resolution of 0.01°.
The BW-VG520E combines nonlinearity compensation and orthogonality compensation with a high-performance Kalman filtering algorithm. A special bias-tracking algorithm provides drift elimination, while high-level EMC protection is another feature of the sensor. Its application range also covers ships and vessels, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, underwater ROV navigation and autonomous driving.
