Product overview
Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology’s BW-AH100 provides attitude and heading reference functions for integration into unmanned aircraft, robots and other instrumented equipment. Its compact hardware measures 55 × 37 × 24 mm and weighs 60 g including the cable, defining its space and mass requirements within a host assembly. The system uses Kalman filtering and offers a selectable RS232, RS485 or TTL output interface. Its configuration is a reference sensor for integration into equipment, rather than a complete flight platform or airframe kit.
Pitch and roll accuracy depends on motion: each is specified at 2° RMS dynamically and 0.5° RMS statically. Pitch coverage is ±90°, while roll coverage is ±180°; heading accuracy is 2°, with 0.01° resolution for both attitude and heading. Integration also requires support for its binary high-performance protocol and serial rates of 2400–115200 baud. Output reaches a maximum of 100 Hz, with startup delay below three seconds. The temperature-compensated unit has a −40°C to +85°C temperature range and 2000 g shock resistance.
