Product overview

The Guangdong Fanya Technology HGP-V2 is a liquid-level sensor for fuel-monitoring integration with ArduPilot and PX4 flight controllers. Its module measures 49×39×22mm, weighs 36.2g and requires DC 5V (±0.3). An air nipple connects to a hose and weighted end immersed in the measured liquid. Installation above the container is recommended to prevent liquid entering the sensor through the hose. Supported liquid types include water, oil, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and agricultural chemicals. The 0–35cm measurement range applies to 95-grade gasoline and is customizable.

Electrical integration uses S, 5V and G connections. The signal output provides either 3.3V, 50Hz PWM, with 0% represented by 1100us and 100% by 1900us, or serial MAVLink Battery2 messages. The calibration button establishes empty and full levels using separate 20-second presses, with flashing and steady indicator states identifying completion. Calibration is required before use and must be repeated after changing the container or if the sensor operates abnormally. The module includes reverse-polarity protection and operates over a specified temperature range of -20°C to 50°C.
