Product overview
The Kpower DMC809 9G All-Aluminium Coreless Micro Servo is a compact actuator for applications including fixed-wing drones, inspection drones, RC helicopters and medical equipment. Its architecture combines a coreless motor, machined metal gears, an aluminum-alloy case, two ball bearings and potentiometer position sensing. The CNC metal housing provides heat dissipation, while programmable electronic protection and soft start/stop support controlled actuation. The motor is specified at 3W, and the output uses a 25T Φ4.9 spline.
Integration requires space for a 23.2x12x26.6mm servo and a supply within 4.8-7.4V. Despite the 9G model designation, its specified weight is 27g. At 7.4V, stall torque is 4.5kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.05sec/60°, and stall current is 2600 mA; the speed therefore describes unloaded movement. The configuration specifies PWM control, 180° travel and IP42 protection, with customization supported for those three parameters. Its operating temperature range is -10–50°C, defining the stated thermal envelope for integration.
