The Doosan Mobility Innovation DM30M2S Fuel Cell Powerpack is a modular hydrogen power system for integration into an existing drone airframe. Derived from the DP30M2S powerpack, it omits the protective case to reduce weight. Its integration method uses bolt fastening without additional hardware or software customization, with medium-size drones recommended. DT30X is an application example. The supplied configuration is a powerpack kit for an existing aircraft, rather than a complete flight platform or an airframe-only kit.
The system combines a hydrogen fuel cell stack with a cooling fan, regulating boards for safety algorithms and communication, hydrogen connection brackets and a quick-coupler manifold. An emergency hybrid battery is also included, and purge valves beneath the module release water. Overall dimensions are 600 × 529.5 × 322mm in width, length and height, with a weight of 11.1kg including the hydrogen tank. Rated power is 2700W; peak power is 5000W within three seconds. Output voltage is 50 ± 2V at rated output.
The battery configuration is 2600mAh × 2. Hydrogen purity is specified as H2, 99.99%, and consumption is 60NLPM. Operating conditions span -5~40°C and RH 30~95%, while storage conditions span 0~40°C at RH 30~95%. The warranty is 1000 hours or one year within the operating temperature and humidity range. These environmental ranges and the three-second qualification on peak output define explicit limits of the powerpack's operating specification.
