Product overview
The Xiaoyu DPS-Y4P is a parachute accessory designed for installation on DJI Matrice 4E/T aircraft. Its 76*64*44mm body weighs 100g and occupies the aircraft’s top mounting position, where two supplied M3 screws secure it and the E-Port provides communication. Installation requires no preinstalled mounting kit, supporting quick attachment and removal. The specified mounting method uses thumbwheel screws. For integration planning, the device load rating is ≤1.5kg, with an operating temperature range of -20–60°C and an operating altitude range of -150m–4000m.
The system uses DJI PSDK integration to detect flight faults, stop the propellers and trigger parachute deployment. Trigger modes cover attitude, weightlessness, descent speed and remote control, including a one-button deployment control on the remote-controller interface. A supercapacitor supports 10s of continued operation after aircraft power loss, and warnings use an audible alarm. Specified descent speed is 4m/s–5m/s. The device can be reused after deployment by replacing its parachute kit; the pack contains a prefolded parachute and propellant consumables and fastens with three M2*12 screws.
