Product overview
The Dianying EHM-2000 is a medium UAV for transport and interchangeable-payload operations, with applications including lifting, high-rise cleaning, mapping and inspection. Its compact, lightweight body uses modular components, and its drive architecture includes a main motor, transmission gear set and main shaft assembly. Payload integration centers on an intelligent quick-release attachment system, allowing different equipment to be exchanged for different tasks. Identified payload choices include a lifting module, a fire-extinguishing projectile and a searchlight, supported by automatic cruise and automatic swing suppression.
For suspended-load work, a three-axis force sensor and intelligent algorithms suppress load swing, while one-button release supports payload deployment. Multidirectional millimeter-wave radar works with dynamic obstacle-avoidance algorithms. The sensor arrangement combines front, downward-looking and rear-looking radar; the front unit provides 5,000 vertical scans per second and horizontal 360° mechanical scanning. Redundant flight systems provide backup takeover after a system or component failure. The optional parachute has independent control and power, startup self-checks and propeller stopping before deployment, with touchdown speed reducible to 6 m/s.
The intelligent battery has a 39 Ah capacity and a 45-minute charging interval from 30% to 90%. Dual-battery operation supports automatic switching after one battery fails; battery heating and hot swapping are also supported. Charging choices include a 12,000 W three-phase charger and a 15,000 W vehicle charger. The handheld ground station weighs no more than 1.25 kg including its external battery. Its 7-inch display reaches 1,400 nits peak brightness, and its operating temperature is −20°C to 50°C. An enhanced image-transmission module supports a 50 km image-transmission distance.
