Product overview
The RadioLink Turbot D460 is a compact fixed-wing scale model for learning aircraft control and practicing aerobatics. Its EPP fuselage has an EPO-like appearance, with red or purple finishes. The airframe measures 430mm long with a 480mm wingspan, approximately 462cm² of wing area and a 155g takeoff weight. Magnets secure the vertical tail and fuselage cover. A protective shell shields the raised servo shaft, a reinforced wooden motor base supports the motor, and two underside holes provide grip points for hand launching.
The installed Byme-DB controller combines three-axis gyro and acceleration sensing with Stabilize, Gyro and Manual modes. Selecting Stabilize and releasing the sticks enables assisted recovery to level flight. Gyro mode adds stability assistance without automatic leveling, while Manual mode removes flight-controller and gyro assistance and requires advanced skills. The 30-minute flight time and 4000-meter telemetry distance carry the flight-data qualification: testing in a good flight environment, with actual control dependent on flight conditions. Elevator-channel angle calibration has a recommended 20-degree angle.
Propulsion comprises a factory-installed, 2S-compatible SZ-SPEED 2204 1600KV brushless motor, FLYCOLOR 15A ESC and GEMFAN 7035 polycarbonate propeller. The ESC provides locked-rotor protection that stops the propeller when it encounters an obstacle. R8XM battery-voltage telemetry requires wiring to the ESC, battery and receiver telemetry port, without an additional module. Its maximum monitored battery rating is 6S (25.2V). The transmitter supports Bluetooth parameter adjustment through a mobile phone. Batteries, motors, ESCs and servo gears use standard parts and interfaces for replacement.
The D460 comes as an equipped flight platform in RTF and PNP versions. RTF requires no assembly or parameter setup, with the aircraft battery and transmitter fully charged before flight. Its package includes an eight-channel T8FB or T8S transmitter, 7.4V 800mAh battery, CM210 charger, two propellers, cables, screwdriver, tape, instructions and a shoulder bag or colorful box. PNP integration requires receiver installation and binding to the corresponding transmitter. The CM210 accepts Type-C 5V DC input; charging specifications are 1.5A, 82% efficiency and a 30-minute full charge for an 800mAh battery.
