Product overview
The RadioLink F121 is a miniature racing UAV for training, practice and competition in first-person or third-person view. Its carbon-fiber body has a 120 mm wheelbase and a takeoff weight of 74.5 g. Coreless motors drive 65 mm propellers, while guards attach directly to the body. Removable modular components allow assembly and disassembly for educational activities. A black translucent protective upper cover and an additional white translucent cover are supplied. The FPV kit uses partial propeller guards; the third-person-view ready-to-fly kit has full guards.
The flight controller combines gyroscope, accelerometer and barometer measurements with inertial navigation and Kalman filtering for altitude hold. Flight functions include low-speed and high-speed altitude hold, self-leveling and one-key rolls. The default CH6 momentary switch activates rolls, with stick input selecting their direction. Built-in OSD reports video band, channel, transmitter power and flight-battery voltage. The battery connects through a PH2.0 terminal, and external LED night-flight lights are supported. Endurance is 6–8 minutes with the specified battery; flight data were obtained in a good flying environment, and actual results depend on operation and flight conditions.
The FPV ready-to-fly version includes a T8S handheld transmitter and 4.3-inch display. Its integrated camera and video transmitter offers 48 channels at 5.8 GHz and selectable 25, 100 or 200 mW output. The camera provides a 1.2 mm lens, 150° field of view and 800-line resolution. The combined module measures 18.03 × 16.83 × 16.55 mm, weighs 4.4 g and operates from DC 3–5.2 V (1S). These dimensions describe the video module. The FPV aircraft-only version excludes a receiver.
