Product overview
The QIHEHUI G40 provides tethered electrical power through a ground box, tether cable and onboard power supply. The ground box accepts 380VAC ±10% at 50Hz and outputs 200--1000VDC, with a factory setting of 1000VDC. Its rated power is 40KW, with a 50KW peak. Measuring 690/506/302mm and weighing 56Kg, the box incorporates a touchscreen for voltage, current, power, temperature, cable status and working status. Standard cable lengths are 110/220m, with custom lengths available upon request.
Aircraft integration requires space for a 436/394/61mm onboard supply, weighing 8.1Kg in the 30KW configuration or 9.2Kg in the 36KW configuration. Both accept 800--1000VDC and offer 50/59/76VDC outputs corresponding to 12S/14S/18S. External leads and pre-drilled M3 threaded mounting holes provide the standard connection and mounting arrangements; custom interfaces and mounting options are available upon request. The respective takeoff weight ranges are 130--165Kg and 165--200Kg. The 6.8mm tether weighs 50g/m, carries 36A and uses a Kevlar reinforced braided layer.
