The QIHEHUI G20 TETHERED POWER SYSTEM provides tethered UAV power through a tethered box, cable and onboard power supply. The box requires 380VAC ±10% input at 50Hz and has a 200--1000VDC output range, with a factory setting of 1000VDC. Rated power is 20KW and peak power is 25KW. The 650/480/302mm box weighs 39Kg and incorporates a touchscreen displaying voltage, current, power, temperature, cable status and working status. Standard cable options are 110/220m, with custom lengths available upon request.
Aircraft integration requires space for the 388/295/54.5mm onboard power supply and its 3.9Kg mass. This unit accepts 800--1000VDC and provides 50/59VDC output at 18KW, with external leads and pre-drilled M3 threaded mounting holes; custom interfaces and mounting options are available upon request. Its specifications include a takeoff-weight range of 60--90Kg. The 5.3mm tether weighs 32g/m and has a 20A current rating. Its construction combines multi-strand silver-plated steel wire, composite fluoroplastic insulation, high-temperature Teflon insulation and a Kevlar reinforced braided layer.
