The NG7(220S750,25kg) Ground Power Station from Nanjing Airfly Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. provides ground-based power and cable handling for tethered UAVs. Also identified as AF-NG7-100M, the tethering box combines a ground power supply, tether cable and retracting winch. It can be paired with airborne modules to form a tethered system adaptable to multiple UAV platforms, providing wired power delivery, information transmission, and cable payout and retrieval.
The station has an aluminum-alloy housing measuring 550 × 480 × 350 mm in length, width and height, and weighs 25 kg ±0.5 kg. It requires an external 220Vac supply and has outputs of 750Vdc/400Vdc with 35V compensation. The winch uses passive payout and automatic take-up, with manual operation also available, and its maximum cable take-up speed is ≤2 m/s.
