Product overview
The Kitefly AF-W30 is a general-purpose tethered UAV flight platform built with carbon fiber and aviation aluminum alloy. Its six-rotor architecture uses 34-inch folding propellers. Unfolded dimensions are 2050 × 1800 × 810 mm, while the folded configuration measures 1180 × 1030 × 810 mm, each with a ±20 mm tolerance. Payload integration is bounded by a maximum load of ≤30 kg and a maximum takeoff weight of ≤58 kg. Empty weight is ≤21 kg excluding batteries.
The specified flight configuration combines FOC propulsion, two 14S 30000mAh batteries, an intelligent super-fast charger, and a remote controller with a 7-inch industrial touchscreen plus visual screen. GPS positioning supports standalone BeiDou operation. Endurance is ≥55 minutes without load and ≥18 minutes with a 30 kg load. Remote control distance is 5–20 km under ground-to-air, line-of-sight conditions. The platform has IP45 protection, a safe wind limit of ≤level 7, and an operating temperature range of −20°C to 50°C.
