Product overview
The CKESC FT 80A from Nanchang ChangKong Technology Co., Ltd controls electric propulsion in fixed-wing aircraft. Its 90.4 × 36 × 24.1 mm dimensions and 113 g weight, including wiring, define its physical integration requirements. The controller combines low-resistance MOS devices with shielded signal wiring and optically isolated signal input and output interfaces. Its configuration includes a 5 V, 2 A switching step-down BEC and software-configurable motor rotation. Real-time serial telemetry provides supply voltage, motor speed, current, controller temperature and debugging data.
The controller accepts 6–14S supplies and supports 80 A continuous operation with specified cooling, or 130 A for less than three seconds. Default throttle response is 100 ms and customizable; the 0–100% response of 0.6 seconds applies to some propulsion systems. Above 125°C, maximum output gradually falls, potentially to 40% of full-throttle power, and recovers as temperature decreases. Low-voltage protection is disabled by default but can be enabled through customization. Stall protection attempts a restart, although a stall at high throttle may damage the controller.
