The Lyncon Technology FCQ-150 combines a fixed wing with four lift rotors, using electric vertical-lift motors and a gasoline cruise engine. Its vertical takeoff and landing capability permits operation without a runway, while hovering reduces the space needed for positioning. Dedicated flight-control and navigation systems support autonomous flight, takeoff and landing on moving platforms, and one-touch return. The aircraft uses modular assembly and disassembly for transport, deployment and maintenance. Its specified empty weight includes the engine, batteries, avionics and cables, describing an equipped flight platform.
The airframe measures no more than 6300mm across the wings and 3300mm in length; its 1200mm height includes landing gear but excludes antennas. Cargo must fit the front or rear compartment, without a numerical compartment envelope specified. Mission configurations cover electro-optical reconnaissance, cargo transport, aviation emergency work and mineral exploration. Their equipment specifications encompass imaging, communications, rescue, mapping and magnetic sensing. These configurations define different integration requirements: the gimbal draws up to 150W at peak, while the public-network base station has rated consumption below 360W.

Environmental limits include light-rain capability and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 55°C. Positioning accuracy of no more than 0.1m uses dual-antenna RTK with a ground base station.
