Product overview
The Kpower DHV823-W is a coreless servo for motion control in inspection drones, service robots, agricultural spreaders and medical equipment. Its all-metal construction combines an aluminum-alloy case, metal gears, a coreless motor, 2BB bearings and potentiometer position sensing. The gearing features high-precision titanium-coated gears and low backlash. For mechanical integration, the actuator occupies 40 × 20 × 39 mm, weighs 72 g (2.54 oz), and uses a 25T output spline with a diameter of Φ5.9 mm.
The specified control configuration is PWM with 180° travel, with customization supported for both. Customizable serial-port control supports TTL/RS485. The supply range is 4.8-7.4V. At 7.4V, stall torque is 18kg·cm and stall current is 4000mA, while no-load speed is 0.13sec/60°; these ratings retain their separate loading conditions. IP67 waterproofing also supports customization. The operating temperature range is -10~50°C. Together, the supply range, package dimensions, output spline and control options define the servo’s electrical and mechanical integration requirements.
