Product overview

The Kpower DHV823-W 15kg Fully Waterproof Coreless Servo is an actuator for RC, drone, robot and robotic-arm mechanisms. Applications include inspection drones, agricultural spreaders, service robots and medical equipment. Its all-metal architecture combines an aluminum-alloy case, a coreless motor, metal gears, 2BB bearings and potentiometer position sensing. The gearing features titanium-coated precision teeth and low backlash. For mechanical integration, the servo measures 40x20x39mm, weighs 72g (2.54oz), and has a 25T output spline with a Φ5.9mm diameter.

The control specification is PWM, with customization supported, while customizable serial-port control supports TTL/RS485. Angular travel is 180°, also with customization supported. The servo operates across a 4.8-7.4V supply range. At 7.4V, its stall torque is 18kg·cm, its no-load speed is 0.13sec/60°, and its stall current is 4000mA. Environmental specifications comprise an IP67 waterproof rating, with customization supported, and an operating temperature range of -10~50°C. These electrical, motion and environmental parameters define the servo component's specified operating configuration.
