Product overview
The Kpower DHV840 is a digital servo for drone, RC, robot and robotic arm mechanisms. Its physical architecture combines a coreless motor, metal gearing and a CNC-machined aluminum alloy enclosure designed to dissipate heat. The gear construction is described as titanium alloy, with steel gears available through modification. A potentiometer provides position sensing, while the bearing specification is 2BB. The standard control interface is PWM, with customization supported for the signal and protocol.
Integration requires space for a 40x20x42.8mm body weighing 76g and an output connection matching the 25T Φ5.88mm spline. The specified configuration provides 180° travel, a 4.8-7.4V operating range and IP42 protection, with an operating temperature range of -10～50°C. At 7.4V, stall torque is 40kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.16sec/60°, and stall current is 5000 mA. Travel customization is supported. Operation at 12V~24V requires a motor modification, while IP67 protection requires a waterproof modification.
