Product overview
The ISDT B60 provides charge, discharge and storage tasks for LiFe, LiPo, LiHv and ULiHv battery packs, with custom settings and battery-specific presets. Its 356 × 136.8 × 164.1mm body weighs approximately 3973g. Electrical integration requires AC 110~240V input and a battery within the DC 20~58V output range and supported series cell count. Maximum input current is AC 16A. Charging power depends on the supply: up to 3000W at 220V AC or 1300W at 110V AC, while maximum discharge power is 200W.
Battery management combines a balance connection, setting and start/stop controls, and an operating display showing cell voltages, pack voltage, current, charged capacity and elapsed time. Balanced and unbalanced charging are supported; charging without the balance connection triggers a warning before starting. The charging specification is 1.0~52.0A maximum, while the task setting range extends to 1.0~55.0A. Operation requires a heat-resistant, nonflammable, insulating surface, ventilation and an ambient temperature of 0°C-40°C. Battery-specific current limits remain essential: when a lithium battery’s charging C rating is unknown, the prescribed setting is no greater than 1C.
